Baked Pineapple Pudding recipe - This is the kind of dessert that can be made at brief notice as it‘s made from store cabinet items (if you typically buy tinned pineapple) since it‘s made from eggs, flour, milk and sugar plus the pineapple.
Many of the dishes in the cookery book resemble that. Our Grandmas understood how to earn wonderful dishes – both savoury and wonderful, from basic ingredients.
* 5 slices of bread.
* ¾ cup of butter.
* 2 medium eggs.
* 1 large can of crushed pineapple.
* ½ cup of sugar.
* 2 tablespoons of flour.
* Pinch of salt.
Cut the slices of bread into cubes, then fry in the butter until crisp.
Mix together all of the ingredients and put in a greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
