Ingredients for 4 portions
For the dough:
* 180 ml mineral water, with bubble
* 200 ml whole milk
* 5 Egg (he)
* 1 pinch of salt
* 1 pinch of sugar
* 200 g flour
For the filling:
* 250 g cooked ham, fine
* 250 g Emmentaler, cold cuts

Total time approx. 55 minutes
Mix the mineral water, milk, eggs, salt, sugar and flour into a liquid dough. Leave the dough to rest for 15 minutes and stir again. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C over and under heat for about 25 minutes. If necessary, pierce the dough if it rises too high.

Then roll up and unroll the dough once with the help of the baking paper for the mould. Cover the dough with cheese and ham and roll it up piece by piece with the help of baking paper, without rolling in the baking paper. Then leave the roll with the baking paper briefly in the residual heat in the oven for about 5 minutes.

Cut and garnish the omelette roll into slices.
