Easy Chicken Marsala with Florio Wine Recipe

* 4 halved skinless boneless chicken breasts
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* 1 white onion chopped
* 8 oz (200g) sliced mushrooms
* 1 tbsp minced garlic
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 1 1/2 cups of florio marsala wine


Heat olive oil in large frying pan, brown chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes each side.

The onion, minced garlic and mushrooms are then added and sauted, then add then
dry marsala wine and allow to simmer for a minute.

The cream is then added and the heat is then turned down to medium and allowed to
simmer for approx 10 minutesor until the chicken has cooked all the way through.

Season to taste (salt and pepper)
Serve with a side of potato or pasta and enjoy/
